The intermediate Lighting Course is broken into three segments. Upon successful completion of all three segments, a certificate will be awarded. This educational program is designed as the “next step” for those who already completed FOL-09 (ED100) or those with a number of years of experience in lighting. This course is a good next step for those preparing for the NCQLP – LC Exam.
The course is typically held on weekdays after office hours (6pm – 9pm). Please visit Event Registration for upcoming course dates.

There will be homework after each session and a final individual project to be presented on the last night. Sessions are from 6:00PM to 9:00PM
If you plan to pay by cheque, please make cheque payable to: “IES – BC Section”, complete the registration form online and bring a cheque on the first night of class. The minimum number of students is 7.
Please note that 7 of the sessions will be presented via webinar to make it easier for students to arrive to class on time. Ensure that your hardware works with Webex.
NOTE: Cancellations must be received 1 full week prior to the start of course or full payment is required.
Payment required by start of course or attendance will not be permitted.
